Your sponsorship helps fund enriching events, educational initiatives, and school celebrations that directly benefit our students from kindergarten through high school.

Agreement
Yes This Sponsorship Agreement is entered into by the Sponsor and Union Day School Parent Teacher Organization for the 2025/2026 academic year. The Sponsor agrees to provide a donation as outlined in this agreement, which will be applicable from the commencement of the 2025/2026 school year. Both parties acknowledge that any banners or promotional materials displayed on school premises will be removed by September of the subsequent school year unless the sponsorship is renewed. The UDS PTO commits to ensuring that all promotional materials are displayed in accordance with this agreement and removed in a timely manner should the sponsorship not be renewed. By selecting YES below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
